This Cooking Class on Lake Garda will teach you to prepare these recipes in the most authentic way, step by step. Homemade fresh pasta and Tiramisù: once the lesson is over, you’ll be able to recreate them at home too!
THE COOKING CLASSES
The cooking classes are offered in two formats: Short Pasta & Tiramisù and Long Pasta & Tiramisù. Each lesson is enriched by a tasting of local wines and a photobook documenting your experience. In addition, you will receive a personalized apron and the recipes you create during the class.
By taking part in these cooking classes, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in Italian gastronomic tradition and learn how to prepare two great icons of our cuisine: homemade pasta and Tiramisù.
During the course, you will discover all the secrets to making the perfect pasta dough, starting from the basic ingredients through to the kneading process. Depending on the experience you choose, you will learn how to shape long pasta such as spaghetti, tagliatelle, and fettuccine, or short pasta, creating shapes like maccheroni, penne, and farfalle, following traditional techniques.
The experience concludes with the preparation of one of the most beloved Italian desserts in the world: Tiramisù. Step by step, you will learn how to balance flavors and textures to achieve a creamy and authentic dessert, just like tradition dictates.
These fresh pasta cooking classes are held in Lazise, one of the most beautiful places to visit on Lake Garda. They are available from Monday to Saturday, in Italian and English. Read the next paragraph to learn more.

- They last an average of 3 hours.
- The course “Short Pasta & Tiramisù” is available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday; at 10:00 or 17:00.
- The course “Short Pasta & Tiramisù“ is available on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday; at 10:00 or 17:00.
- The price of the cooking course per person (+18 years) is 75€.
- The price includes: 3-hour cooking class, wine tasting, personalized apron, photobook of the experience and recipes.
