Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation up to 30 days before the departure date: Refund of the service with our service fee deducted.
- Cancellation after 30 days from the service: Terms to be verified based on the requested service.
- For services requested on short notice, cancellation conditions must be verified with the Travel Planner.
- For experiences subject to weather conditions, the service can be canceled due to bad weather up to the same day by the provider. There is the option to reschedule the service at no additional cost or request a refund. The service fee related to the service will be retained.
- "NO SHOW" is not eligible for a refund.
