How to Personalize Your Experience?
  • By sending an email with your needs, all the experiences we offer can be customized. 
  • We modify itineraries, activities, and services based on your interests and preferences.
Confirmation and Payment
  • The quotes provided are valid for 7 days from the date of sending.
  • To confirm a service, a deposit of 20% is required.
  • The terms for any modifications are to be agreed during the confirmation of the specific service.
  • Payments are to be made via bank transfer.
  • The final balance must be paid 30 days before the service date, confirming the final number of participants.
Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation up to 30 days before the departure date: Refund of the service with our service fee deducted.
  • Cancellation after 30 days from the service: Terms to be verified based on the requested service.
  • For services requested on short notice, cancellation conditions must be verified with the Travel Planner.
  • For experiences subject to weather conditions, the service can be canceled due to bad weather up to the same day by the provider. There is the option to reschedule the service at no additional cost or request a refund. The service fee related to the service will be retained.
  • "NO SHOW" is not eligible for a refund.
